LARSEN JOINS LEX JOON TOP FUEL TEAM | Competition Plus

Lex Joon Racing has announced Lance Larsen, veteran nitro tuner, will consult with LJR through the remainder of the 2019 season. Fresh off a successful weekend of testing at the U.S. Nationals, the team is confident in the direction the car is heading under the guidance of Lance Larsen.

Good stuff Lance is a great set of extra eyes and experience to help out Lex and Gerda find a good combo.

Also kind of Lance Larsen related, he was helping out Richard Townsend in his funny car last year and they ran some solid 4.0's-4.10's between testing and the couple races they ran and even won a round here last year but I have not seen Townsend make an appearance yet this season, I was wondering what happened with Townsend
