Thanks Shane, I wasn't trying to list every possible organization promoting drag racing. Just that there's plenty to see at your local dragstrip and if you have a particular focus, like nitro funny cars, there are a lot of places to see them! The show last weekend at Boise's Firebird Raceway was excellent with spectators of all ages.

The best news for the upcoming California Hot Rod Reunion is the addition of a full qualified eight-car nitro funny car eliminator.

If you don't like the "Wally World" show, go to your local dragstrip and take some friends, there's plenty of drag racing with lots of fast racecars to enjoy these days!
