I don't know Evan or you, let alone have any inside information. However, before you make statements like the above, maybe you want to check out the rules you agreed to when you joined the site. Just sayin'...

Personally, I just find this offensive. Why hide behind three different names? If you are willing to do this for no better reason than just because you can, then there is nothing you can say that I will believe as truth. The way I was raised is that your name is pretty much all you have and if you are willing to dishonor that, then you have nothing. IMO

His personel motor home has been at illusions for months waiting to get the interior done like mike ashleys. every time evan or lattrell called they tolded them they hadnt started on it cause he hadnt sent a check.. kept saying it was in the mail. ha nothing new here...
Evan may have done a lot for the sport but look how bad he hurt it when he p;ulled out. if he had that many health problems why would he get back in a tf car.

Travis, i don't know you or Evan K. but i do know this, you have the right to come on the Mater and post within the rules you agreed on. To say a man was put in jail without documents to back your story is wrong, your statement was based on what someone else told you and that's not enough to discredit someones reputation over. Your post says you have a team of lawyers , that i do believe, with your actions you will definitely need them.

The Fresno Bee Republican, May 1948, reported on a psychiatrists' convention, under the heading See How Brain Boys Also Run Wild:
"However, once that opening point was settled, the psychiatrists entered wholly in the business of the convention, which culminated, of course, in the selection of officers for the coming year. And that, as the saying goes, was when the soup hit the fan."
The other versions followed soon afterwards.

There is not anyway to file suit against anyone here unless they defame in public witness....was asking the wife (ESQ) and she laughed when I showed the NITROMATER rules/bi-laws.
This is an awesome site for fans to chat away but it is all here-say and good luck finding any ESQ that would want to take this situation to the next level-
And Bobby...your legal fees are probably for defense ONLY, to a certain amount of defense hours than you pay the standard $400.00 an hr (varies), as your site does not have the resourses to fund a legal rep 24/7 for filing w/ the court clerks @ random.
