Once again, Jack gets the "shaft". Shumacher pulls ANOTHER crew chief from Jack to make one of the other cars run better (which they never do) and Jack always adapts to the changes....only to have THAT crew chief taken. Not trying to "go off on a rant" or anything, but it seems to be a habit over at Shumacher to pull from Jack and make him start from scratch

Jack didn't get the shaft, actually he has it pretty good considering the funding for his car isn't what it was in the past years. NAPA is paying a decent amount of money to sponsor Ron and Don has to do whatever is necessary to get them the proper showing they deserve. Therefore, moving one of the best FC crew chiefs from a lower funded car to one that is fully funded makes perfect sense. Sorry if that hurts your feelings, but you have to make your partners who are paying the $$ happy. Jack will be just fine with Todd Smith.
