This coming weekend marks the date for the 1st Annual Royal Purple Jr. Allstar Classic at Houston Raceway. Both Erica Enders and Richie Stevens are slated to be in attendence. Both Erica and Richie of course got their starts in Jr. Dragsters and its great that they are able to devote some of their time on this off weekend. For any of you in the area that would like to see some top notch Jr dragracing come on out. With over $10,000.00 in cash and prizes to be awarded, Saturday will be Index racing on the pro-tree and also the Southwest Outlaw 330 jr's will be running. On Sunday it's age bracket racing and the Southwest Outlaw Quick 32.

We'll be there, should be a fun little race. I know the jr's are not a hot topic of conversation at the mater. But these little guys and girls are the future racers of our sport. And from watching and racing with these guys for a number of years, I think the sport will be in good hands!
