WORLD'S LARGEST DRAG RACING TEAM LAUNCHES 'THE PERFECT 10'
Already one of the most successful Drag Racing teams of all time in Australia with multiple National Championships as well as World, National and Strip records, Brett Stevens Racing has now become the largest Drag Racing team anywhere in the world and largest motorsport team in the country.

<P>'The Perfect 10', a representation of the 10 Group One vehicles the team will now compete with, was launched with much fanfare at a gala function in Sydney tonight (Tuesday 9th September).
With 5 professional Drag Racing cars and 5 professional Drag Racing bikes in this year's ANDRA Championship Dag Racing series spread across 4 different Group One categories, the team will definitely have their hands full come race day.
Competing out of the Brett Stevens Racing pits will be a Jack Daniel's Racing Top Doorslammer (Brett Stevens) and Top Bike (Brett Stevens), a Kitten Car Care Products Funny Car (Brett Stevens) and Pro Stock Buell (Luke Crowley), an SP Racing Top Doorslammer (Steve Packman) and Top Bike (Troy McLean), a Mack Trucks Top Doorslammer (Todd Waddell) and Top Bike (Kim Stevens), and a Makita Top Doorslammer (Kym Usher) and Top Bike (Alex Borg).
Despite the pressures involved in operating a team of this size at the elite levels of the sport, Brett Stevens Racing will be entering the 2008/2009 season defending National Championships in the 3 out of the 4 brackets they compete in.
The new series begins with the Australian Nationals from the 12th-14th September, 2008, which is one of the biggest events on the Drag Racing calendar and is expected to attract up to 40,000 people over 3 days to the Western Sydney International Dragway as it features all 7 professional Group One racing brackets.

Troy McLean - SP Racing Top Bike
"This year I am entering the ANDRA Championship Drag Racing season as the defending Top Bike Champion with the number 1 plate which is a great feeling," Mclean said.
"But it also means that I will be a big target for the other racers to knock off,
and I think this year is going to be the toughest in history with more quality bikes and riders stepping up to the plate than ever before."

"I have competed for many years Drag Racing motorcycles and have numerous records and an Australian Championship in the sportsman ranks," Borg said.
"But it has always been my ambition to run in Top Bike and there is no better team to do it with than Brett Stevens Racing."
"I have already run deep into the 6 second zone on the new Makita Nitro Harley in testing and licensing so am really confident in some good performances at the Australian Nationals in Sydney."
