YORBA LINDA, CA --- Robert Hight, driver of the Auto Club Ford Mustang Funny Car, will spend one of his rare off weekends at the 2013 Bakersfield March Meet at Auto Club Famoso Raceway. Hight will be a guest of the Automobile Club of Southern California on Saturday, March 9, where he will be signing autographs and spending time with fans.
“I love going to the March Meet. The nostalgia Funny Cars and dragsters you see are amazing. I have been the past five years and I can’t wait to get back. The fans are great and Auto Club is very involved so I enjoy spending the weekend at Auto Club Famoso Raceway,” said Hight.
The Bakersfield March Meet will be held March 7-10. This year’s Grand Marshal will be Funny Car driver and Texas Motorplex owner Billy Meyer and for more information fans can visit http://www.famosoraceway.com.
