So I gather Ford is the major sponsor & PPG is an associate? Stone-Woods & Cook F/C was called the Dark Horse 2. See below.

so they changed the headlight graphics on the front?
good catch mike. i like the new look ....... they will also probably fill in the notch in body where the headers go due to their new, trick, under body header system ;)
in all seriousness, when's the last time you saw a BT3 mustang w/o the blue ford oval? i like this new, bold FORD PERORMANCE on front and spill plates.

Cliff, I immediately thought of that '66 SWC Mustang when I saw the name "Dark Horse!"
Despite its outdated steel/glass configuration Cookie won the '67 March Meet w/ it. Back then the race offered 3 FC weight breaks: 2000, 2400 and 2600.
Dyno's Eliminator I Comet took the 2000 class, Cookie the 2400 and Bruce Larson's '67 USA-1 Chevelle was the 2600 winner (info from 5-67 SS&DI).
