Hey Evan, kudos to you and your company. I had ordered a few shirts online, becasue the Torco apparrel trailer 'had issues' getting to Sonoma. I also ordered a Skull Shine gift pack. Shirts showed up, Skull Shine did not. I just got off the phone with one of your people, no questions asked she is shipping out the Shine. Great customer service from a great supporter of our sport!!!
