Could Drydene be coming to NHRA on a nitro car? Among other realms of racing, Drydene came on board for 2019 on a World of Outlaws Sprint team and got very nice exposure. It was announced at PRI that the company has joined up with Scott Bloomquist and his team car of Chris Madden for a crack at the World of Outlaw Late Model tour for 2020. Those cars, Dirt Late Models are my second love and the type of cars I announce at the Talladega Short Track. Ricky Weiss is the 3rd DLM on the Drydene team.
With Nascar bucks too, will the NHRA be next? Drydene wanted to go with the Lucas Oil Dirt Late Models series but since Drydene competes with Lucas on the lubricant front, Lucas nixt the deal.
Some of my dirt contacts say a Top Fuel car may be next.
