Back in the mid 60's we got into go-karts. I was 10 and had a Hornet Cart with a Mac 900, 2 carbs running alky. (my Dad was the bomb.. 
)At 11 I went 87 mph on an enduro track. Different times back then. Had a great time, but whenever we traveled to another track, they wouldn't let an 11 yr old race..even though I was in the top 3 in lap times..LOL.
Martin has explained a nice, safe, program for the kids..I admire that. I would assume you can tell right away whether a kid is going to be into or not. I love it.
