*Hillary Will’s team ready to hit the ground running – running fast*

ENGLISHTOWN, N.J. (June 20, 2007) – At the last race in Chicago, Hillary Will advanced one position in the NHRA POWERade Top Fuel point standings in her quest for a spot among the eight drivers that will advance to the second segment of the Countdown to the Championship. This weekend she hopes to take a giant step toward fulfilling that goal at the 38th annual NHRA ProCare Rx SuperNationals.

At last year’s event at Old Bridge Township Raceway Park, the then rookie driver drove her KB Racing LLC-owned, Kalitta Motorsports-managed dragster to the semifinals. Currently, only 81 points separate Will from a spot in the elite eight. Another strong showing at Raceway Park this weekend will go a long way toward propelling her into the top eight.

"Last year at Englishtown, we went to the semifinals,” said Will. “This year we need to get at least to the semifinal round again. It would be great for our team because we have struggled so much this year. Throughout all the tough days, my team doesn’t get down, they just work harder."

Will hopes that the dominate start by her KB Racing Pro Stock teammates will be a catalyst for her this weekend.

"Last weekend I went to Tallmadge, Ohio, the headquarters of one of our sponsors, Summit Racing Equipment,” added Will. “They were having their
annual Super Summit event with a car show and manufacturer’s midway. My KB Racing teammates, Greg Anderson and Jason Line, were there too. Between the two of them, they have put their Summit Racing Pontiacs in the finals at nearly every race this season. I spent the day with them interacting with the fans and signing autographs. I’m hoping that their winning ways are contagious and I caught it at Super Summit."

The ProCare Rx SuperNationals is the first of six races in a row that span from the east coast to the west coast. From Englishtown to Sonoma, California, with stops in Norwalk, Ohio, Bristol, Tenn., Denver, and Seattle, it will be a grueling test of teams and their machines. For many it will be a six-race span that could determine if they have a spot in the next segment of the Countdown. It definitely is an important six races for Will and her KB Racing LLC-owned, Kalitta Motorsports-managed team.

“This past weekend was our last weekend off for six weeks. Our whole team is well rested and ready to hit the ground running and running fast,” concluded Will.

*COUNTDOWN TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP:* In its simplest form, the Countdown breaks the $50 million, 23-event NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series season up into three distinct segments: the 17-race Countdown to 8, the four-race Countdown to 4 and the two-race Countdown to 1.

After the 17 regular season races, all teams will continue vying for points, with full fields, but only the top eight drivers continue to vie for the championship in the four-race second segment. The top four drivers after the four-race playoff then move to the third and final segment that will be run over the final two races – the NHRA ACDelco Las Vegas Nationals in Las Vegas and the NHRA Auto Club Finals in Pomona. While all teams will continue vying for points, with full fields, only one of the four can be crowned the 2007 champion.

*QUALIFYING: *Nitro fuel cars begin qualifying for the 38th annual NHRA ProCare Rx SuperNationals on Friday, June 22, with two sessions at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. (Funny Car is up first, followed by Top Fuel in both sessions). Qualifying for nitro fuel cars then concludes on Saturday, June 23, with two sessions at 1 and 3:30 p.m. (Top Fuel starts the sessions, followed by Funny Car). Final eliminations for the ProCare Rx SuperNationals begin for all teams at 11 a.m. on Sunday, June 24. *All qualifying and eliminations times are local Englishtown time (ET) and subject to change.*
