Was looking at Nat'l Dragster and saw the ad for this race. Was totally bummed that no Alky classes will be run. Arghhh However, the Heritage cars will run their race, postponed from earlier in the year, Will probably just go on Sat, cuz that is the Heritage Elims day. Wild Horse, this is heresy!!!

The decision not to run Alcohol at our divisional was made by NHRA.

Since the Alkys went to their regional format, there are plenty of divisionals that don't include them. Other than D3, which is its own region, the Alkys appear at roughly half of the divisionals.

Only the Group 1 will be there for the Heritage Series. So yes, there will be nitro and alcohol cars on the property running.
Thanks Brad, I figured it had something to do with regionals.
I will be glad to see those cars run. they put on a good show. Will take some of the sting out of no alky cars.
