WJ/Toliver incident?
I saw something on Comp Plus that referred to the WJ/Toliver incident. I am not aware of any indident involving these two gentlemen. Could someone shed some light on the situation?

Some of WJ's crew cut up Toliver's Toyata body that appeared to be "abandoned" at the track the day after the -?- event.
