My opinion...
I think for this week ONLY (because of member verification issues) you should accept email entries. After this week they'll either have to sign up and become a member or they're out. I realize this is the new and improved Mater, but I couldn't email you every week with my picks on the old site, right?

Voting sounds fair enough.
I understand the concern for using real names, but the free email account is beyond me? Don't you have to have a "real" email address from your ISP before you can sign up for a free email account?
