Run of the day

I've got to agree with Alan that Dean Carter's run was eye-opening, but the run By Jim Cowan in D/EA was really impressive as well-he went 683 under an index that has already been hit for 9 so far this year. If I'm not mistaken, the power for both cars are from Eaton Enterprises in Arizona.

You are not mistaken Dave. Rick Waters and the boys at Eaton have produced some pretty fine powerplants out of that shop. I must say that Cowan car is as beautiful as a race car could be?

Cowan must love that place. Goes there the first time with that car and wins best appearing. Then running like this. Cut good lights and go some rounds. Also, I believe that car is for sale on racing junk right now. A 70 under player. Could be a great way to get into comp for not too much coin.

Guys, what did Carter run? DRC says 7.07, which can't be right.

No-it's right-he's in B/ND, not A/ND.

I think this is the first time out. The differences between A and B are in the cylinder heads (14 degree versus 23 degree) and injectors.
