I just like the banter that goes on during it. I would say make it easier on yourself, instead of posting each run. Have a post that covers a couple of them. That why you don't have to post every 30 seconds.

I just forget... same way at the track... Richmond last year, grabbed a snack before I left the house at 5AM... coffee and coke at the track... PBJ when I got home 'bout midnight...
