Joe Hartley
I know the Hartley family only runs part-time, but does anyone know if they are going to run more based on their performance as of late? It's good to see a 'small' budget family deal running so well.

Re: Joe Hartley
They laid their schedule out at the beginning or the year, and I want to say it's either 14 or 16 races total.
They are really good friends of ours, and We Couldn't Be Happier for them.

I'm sure finances play into it, but how hard would it be to skip a race when he's running this good and in the top 10 in points?

Re: Joe Hartley
last few years i'd say we've seen them at about 1/3 of the races
leading up to indy, and then most of remaining.
joe has been a good acquaintance of mine over the years and i wish
him, his family and crew nothing but the best.
it would be great to see them chase the points this year.
i believe they've had some sponsor deals in the works previously;
i think it's only a matter of time till someone partners with them.

Re: Joe Hartley
Joe has a new Killer job in Oregon, and that has some committments involved that limit his availability.

Re: Joe Hartley
Their performance this year has Really stepped up! But I'd hate to imagine how much Alan Hartley forks out to do this!

I was told he does very well in the family biz.

remember rance mcdaniel's trailer when he still raced TF;
the one with beautiful airbrushed dragster in motion on side?
pretty sure that is hartley's trailer.
