Boss Hydro 1933 Willys

I'm very proud and honored to annouce that my Boss Hydro 1933 Willys AA/GS car has been selected by the NHRA as one of its particapants to its Salute to the Gassers. We will be on display and take part in the opening ceremony of the U.S. Nationals this coming Labor Day weekend . As many of you know we built the recreated Boss Hydro as a tribute to my Dad, Joe Pirrone Jr. He raced at Indy in 1967 so it will be extra special to return to Indy all most 30 years later. Here's two pics from our last outting at the York US 30 Reunion event.

It sure is Darr. Thanks! I asked Rocky if it was ok to post his announcement & photos, and he said sure. I just can't post pictures. But yours is better then just a plain picture!
