Too bad it did not work out, but I look forward to Rickie getting another IHRA Pro Stock championship this year. It is good to have him back "home."

Re: What do you think?
i thought ricky used to run cars built by haas? i know a guy that has a top sportsman car that ricky set the suspension on. when he first got the car (before ricky worked on it) it refused to go down the track. ricky spent a day going over the car and the first race my friend went to he won top sportsman at an ihra national event. he said "ricky is the baddest dude when it comes to setting a car up!"

Re: What do you think?
BUMMERS! I was hoping to see Rickie at more NHRA races. He would have been an asset to Brogdons team no doubt.

Rickie should team up with Bob Glidden...they could both quit on each other...multiple times!

Re: What do you think?
When you have the credentials that Rickie Smith has, you can write your own ticket. If you can get Rickie on your team, of course you want everyone to know. But I think if I was a team owner, I'd wait till race day before I made the announcement. Many team owners have been left with egg on their face when deals fell through. It just happens by no fault of anyone .
