Caught the first half of it before work this morning; can't wait to see the rest tonight; I think that I'll burn the shows to DVD. I like the sound that the fuel cars used to make when they idled; that 85% rule has to go.

The Olds Cutlass was actually more aerodynamic than the F-Bodies.

Did anyone call the 800 number to get their "Drag Racing '94" videotape?

Thats the first thing i noticed was all the snap crakle pop!

And we used to tell people back then that the TV does'nt let you hear or feel what there really like. And Now the TV reminds us what it use to be like.....

Re: Drag Racing Everyday on TV??

I have so much enjoyed watching these. This has been awesome. Steve Evans and Dave McClelland were the absolute best. Great chemistry, and you can tell how much the racers respected Steve Evans. I miss him too.

Man, this brings back some memories. I enjoyed watching Sonoma today...Mike Dunn, Al Hoffman, and Jim Yates. Simply awesome.
