'Cause that's what he does. Criminy, he can go to Eldora or or MotoCrossing and STILL be exposed to injury.
(It's not like he plays some sissy stick and ball sport<GGGG>!)

You're statistically at a greater risk on the highway than you are on a dragstrip. That's keeping him off the roads, safe and sound in a rollcage where he should be!

What a shame. Glad that Ron's OK, it could have been much worse. Sorry to see Gaynor's car damaged like that. I'd like to see some bars on that car. You never need them, until......

Trust me when I tell you that Gaynor's car has a dog leg in the chassis the size of the hound of the Baskervilles. The front end of the car was destroyed when it fell out of the sky and the car hit the hardest on the left front. You might unbolt some of the pieces and reuse them but most of it will get thrown away.

Thanks for the video link Brian Wood!!
The video shows Capps letting off the throttle when the front end went sky high however, it’s hard to tell from the video if Capps tried to pedal it on it’s way back down. (to soften the landing) It sounds like he did but it’s hard to tell because the car in the other lane was also on and off the throttle.
I’m glad Capps is OK and I hope Gaynor gets it fixed for next year.

ouch!
Yeah, I'd say that's a pretty serious "tweak" alright. Glad to hear Ron's OK. Cars can be fixed or replaced. A little harder to do that with flesh and blood.

I have a feeling wheelie bars are going to go on that car!

The car is in the shop and is going back to its owner and Jennifer Luna is going to drive in CIFCA in 07 then move to N/FC.

Here's 12 pictures in sequence of the crash from Bill Pratt's Draglist.
