Bo had a fuel system fire at the finish line. Fire got into the car, he wasn't using a visor, got some third-degree burns. The car is pretty well toasted. Ironically, his new car has a fire suppression system, this one didn't.
The run was thrown out because he didn't weigh or go to fuel check - it was -.700, he would have been third on the ladder. This was his last race to claim points, is still in pretty good position to win the championship.
Late update - after further review, Butner's run was reinstated. There is ample precedence for waiving the scale and fuel requirements when the driver is not available because he is enroute to a hospital. He has third-degree burns in the eyebrow area, second degree burns on his nose and the back of one hand, is otherwise okay and is already out of the hospital.
