Sounds like it is in the "bureaucracy's" corner. It is hard to believe they have already spent 5 million. Must be a lot on design. The only real visible change has been the new aluminum bleachers.

It's old news in my world. I've known about Fiorito's plans since this time last year. I wrote a story for my newspaper (a little community pub) back in July when Fiorito made the big announcement.

Kelly H. was kind enough to host it on her Web site. It was buried in a thread about a rumor that the renovations would force the track to close, which as far as I know, is not true.
