Did you ever see Snake or Big after a loss and how about Force with that double red light a few years ago? John even went into the tower with it.

Can somebody post some photos of Russ's car? I'd really like to see what an emotionless Drag Racing Team looks like.

Hey Russ:

I think it was Mike Rice in the shut down area who told me you were kicking my car and stomping around after your .008 red light against Von Smith second round at the Summit Racing Nationals in Las Vegas this year. I had a hard time believing it myself until I saw the boot marks on the fender.

Just kidding, of course.

Re: The most beautiful woman in the world screaming in frustration

I don't blame her at all for expressing frustration after not being able to get the bike started. Not only is Angelle extremely competitive, she is accustomed to success. She's accomplished a lot during her career, and I'm sure she has come to expect to be able to achieve similar results today. Sunday was her first final round appearance since Reading of last year. In her final round at Reading last year, she crossed the centerline and was DQ'd. Before that, she reached the final round in Denver where she went red. As a multi-time National Champion, only reaching the final round 3 times 14 months would be frustrating enough. To lose the way she did Sunday would be upsetting to anyone.

It's Hostess brand. I think Melanie Troxell was on the Ding Dong box with Danica and someone else.

Thanks Randy, you beat me to it. If needed I can also post pics of the A/Fuel car I've been in. As well as the TAFC and the nostalgia injected nitro dragster I'm currently driving. I'd post a smiley face here, but that might be seen as being emotional and not jive with my robotic personna.

I have a sneaky suspicion that if Suz kicked either a 'ding ding' or a ding dong'..there would be emotion showing..oh yea..except for Steve..he would keep his composure on national television..hey..like he said "High emotions???, I call it lack of self control."

My point again..what Angelle went through was like a kick in the Steve's.

Better not. You wouldn't want anyone to think you're ringing your own ding-ding.

Do you read what you post? What the hell are you referring to???? Where in my post do I allude to any of your illusions?
I`m the only one here to take her to task. That show of "emotion" was more consistent with someone pleading to a gunman for their life . Then she runs off the bike and "cowers" in a corner. Is this what we want televised from a professional driver, male or female??? And what does the fact she has won a national event (and I havent ) got to do with my observation that she keeps showing the sport that she is too thin-skinned to handle adversity at this level? Dont let something like the facts get in the way of your opinion, John.

Re: The most beautiful woman in the world screaming in frustration

Like I mentioned earlier..this is just Angelle. She's going to cry..she'll hug the winner when she was the loser..she'll cry talking about the monkey she had to give up (leave that one alone please)..she'll cry about anything..that's her make-up.

I see this as a good thing. I sensed a little lack of self-esteem/confidence since moving to the Buell (if you read her blog)..and I don't get that..jeez..one of the best riders on a scooter ever. And then the no-start..that just played into it, eh?

A win there would have eliminated any doubt she had. I see Angelle and George doing great things again..hell..they might even win it again..that sneaky George Dude..LOL

Steve shouldn't criticize because of someone's make-up that's all.

Angelle said in her interview that the cam sensor cable had failed before. Is that not a connection that can be wired-in directly? I think I would have 2 or 3 extra cables in my pocket when I went to the starting line. I like her emotion, I would have been screaming George Carlin's (RIP) "Seven words you can't say on television" at the top of my lungs.

Re: The most beautiful woman in the world screaming in frustration

Maybe it's just my old fashioned Southern upbringing, but I sure don't mind seeing a woman express herself like a woman. I would much rather see her act like she does, and handle herself like she does than to see her conduct herself like Danica does in IRL. The fact that she is female has nothing to do with her riding ability and I don't think anybody could ever take away anything she has accomplished, but it does have a lot to do with the way she conducts herself and her personality. Guys and Gals react differently ( no other comment needed as I sure don't wanna get kicked in the ding-ding ) and I don't have a problem with her comments, or actions. Or even Jason's, WJ's, or even Hot Rod's antics. Like it or not, they are all gonna react to situations, and not always the way everybody likes. Give the girl a break. Excuse me....Give the MULTI TIME CHAMPION RACER a break.

I couldn't agree more.

I don't have a problem with someone showing emotion. I just think at times it looks a little pimpy.

If I have to explain any of my post to you then you really don't have a clue.
She didn't do anything wrong.
