CompPlus is reporting that Connie wants to eventually bring out a FC in Scott's honor, sometime before the season ends. I had wondered to myself if he would ever field a FC again. They have a very short list of drivers they are considering, and it may come out as early as Brainerd or Indy.

That's very cool for them to bring it back. There will be a ton of fan support behind that car!

You know, my Dad said last week he thought they'd eventually bring back a 4th entry, and being nieve I said "no way". But it truly is the right thing to do. Glenn deserves this, all the crews deserve this. Scott's memory deserves this and the sponsors and fans deserve this. this is some very good news for the entire organization in my honest opinion, and I support each and every one of them.

It's very hard to believe that someone that cold and stupid would think that Connie or anyone on the team would consider someone who is obviously playing with a very short deck and needs mental help. Wow, talk about the young bull running down the hill !

I am glad to hear that the Kalitta Funny Car team is regrouping and moving forward in Scott's honour, and in an effort to continue to make these cars safer and to get some answers on how to avoid what happened at Englishtown.
