I've been thinking about this for a quite a while now. It's time we launch the official Nitromater National Challenge - first person to hold up a Nitromater sign between Dunn & Rief on Sunday morning wins a prize! But that's relatively easy. If you really want to be crowned all-time national Champion, be the 1st person to do it in New York City, say on a Wednesday morning - live on the NBC Today show with Al Roker!!!!

greg.... give me a few weeks on that one... i think the team was pretty happy with our off the trailer super-soft 6.35 in chicago. i'm not gonna make any big unrealistic time-frame predictions but that was our starting point

Re: ESPN RaceDay Topeka

how about a sign that says, "we want john kernan on full-time!" just kidding. be creative and if you have any of the raceday shows on tape or tivo, check them out and pay close attention to the camera angles...... that should give you a good idea on where to stand in relation to the stage. also, tv people love kids, so if you have a child give them the sign to hold and have them sit on your shoulders. or maybe even a sandwich board for your dog. i'd almost guarantee that would get on.

try this: Reif's not Dunn yet, more raceday coming up!

good luck with it and i'll be watching!

how about 'Kernan is King'... and this can be your ambassador?

or 'Dunn is OK but Reif is Super!'

Hold up a sign that says "Compton and Light are my hero's!" while wearing this:
That'd get you on TV, while they were escorting you out.

John K - I was totally agreeing with the first part of your post, then I saw it was you posting it. Hehe.

Re: ESPN RaceDay Topeka

Part of my hat was on it once, which said nitromater. lol

I think John Rogers has made an appearance but without anything mater.

I always want to walk in with an approved sign but flip it when the camera comes on to some anti countdown thing. I have a feeling the men in trench coats would come and I'd never be heard from again
