The best I know, there are no problems with any of the Humpries and Dad. But he actually worked for richard. Dad has said he would be loyal to richard and was not planning on working for anyone else??? BG

I wasn't aware of the relationship and who is working for whom, thanks for clarifying that. Justin is a friend of mine so I am hoping for nothing but success for him. Having met Bob last year at the US Nationals he is a really nice guy as well and I hope that everything works out so that everyone can succeed. I would love to see Justin and Bob stay together and add you as a second car with some good horsepower under the hood.

Re: Bob Glidden Comment
Just to add my two cents here, Bob if I remember right was happily retired playing golf and enjoying life the best he could when someone drug him back into the sport. Being the person that a lot of us respect he only knows one way of doing things and thats wide open! I hope Bob retires and goes back to playing golf, because he has absolutely nothing left to prove to anyone in the sport and hopefully nothing to himself. He has been successful everywhere he has gone. Its hard just to qualify for these races let alone try to make the finals. Billy tell your dad that we hope that he enjoys his retirement and thank him for all the advice he has given me over the years.

Re: Bob Glidden Comment
Bill,
Your various statements have answered some questions i have had about the team and the performance of the car for some time now. Without signage on the doors i didn't expect them to be using new motors or have lots of employees around. One has to wonder if Justin is looking for another engine deal or not right now? I would certainly consider it if i were him.
Are there any options for you in terms of power?

I'm sure there are options...for the right amount of money you could buy the engine right out of Greg Andersons car ...
But who has the kind of money tree it takes to compete at this level ???
Bill, you're dissapointed at your ability to qualify but in my eyes your one of the top 20 fastest NHRA PS Racers in a country of 6 million with I'm sure a budget missing alot of zero's compared to those qualifying above you!
Keep Fighting and keep shooting strait and it'll all work out in the end!

I don't think he can look for another engine deal, isn't that car Maskin's?

Re: Bob Glidden Comment
I would like to see a new Glidden Ford Pro Stock team with Bill driving and Bob wrenching. But if retirement means not running a current Pro Stock team how about putting the old Pinto or Fairmont back together to run at Hot Rod Reunions?

I'm pretty sure that the cars are owned by Justin/Raceredi. Maskins was just supplying the ponies and helping with car setup. I hope it all works out well for Justin, he has helped our sport tremendously by putting on a good show in Pro Stock.

Maybe that's it....I wasn't 100% sure. Perhaps Cagnazzi would like to lease some more power?

I am not pointing at anyone, or telling anyone how to run their program, just answering the questions, OK? Dad says that except for the manifolds, these engines are the same they ran with when ricky, and tom were racing. I do not have any way to prove this, but richard says nothing to contradict, this? We worked there the entire winter, we stayed in a super 8 motel, we paid our own motel, we paid our own food all except for one meal. I was sucked into this whole deal, and I am a fool! It seems that we (Shannon, and myself) are going to recieve a negative from this whole deal, but noone twisted my arm, and noone forced me to do this, so I do however have to make 14 races because I was promised an awefl lot, and signed the release for making atleast 14 races, or I will lose my nhra license. This did happen to dwayne rice, and I have been reminded that it would happen! I will take my lumps and run the tire testing engines that I put together, live and learn, thanks, BG

There are people at Dart working on the motors and the engines are not the same.

Thanks Dave. Bill's post was a little difficult to interpret...I'm never sure if his question marks are really question marks, exclamation marks, or a new version of a period.

John, it's just that you don't read Ford--if it were translated into Mopar it would all be perfectly clear to you!
