Got new dell with vista can't get sound. I get as the page with the event name and click here to listen but no sound

That's what I am getting also on XP--logged in with my password and got the viewer and a video thing, but no sound. Kelly told me it is up and running so I got problems also. Any advice anyone?

I had to reload the window media player. it is working fine now!

I had to do it. I called dell and got to talk to someone I could understand. I let them take over and in a few clicks I was in and listening. All is well with the world.
