Flexibility? Legally correct (and binding)? Broader demographic appeal? (i.e. MAYBE more people know "the Snake" than Larry. Snake is a BRAND.

Maybe becasue The Snake goes out and gets his own sponsors for his team instead of having a revolving door of drivers who can bring the money to him??
