I agree, I like the T. Compton version better, as others have stated, Tony Pedregon did nothing wrong. Just my 2 cents.

Mike, I agree..... the winners in the Countdown did nothing wrong. Their winning may or may not have been the result of it, but they certainly had nothing to do with coming up with the format.
I think 'works for me' Tom Compton may have been a better choice.

I haven't done the math lately but didn't Jeg couglin benefit the most from the countdown format. He got the big check despite 2 other cars having twice as many wins and one of those cars actually winning one of the last 2 countdown to 1 races !!
