You weren't far off. 1964, featuring Bette Davis, Olivia de Havilland, and Joseph Cotten. Here's a link. Hush... Hush, Sweet Charlotte (1964)

If the track is done it will be a new race in Charlotte at Burton's track if not then Gainesville gets a second race for one year

So when will this be decided? Obviously they can't want too long. I hope it's in G-ville next year.

Should it be in G-Ville Lynn, you had better hope that the Gator's are out of town!

Not sure, Smith claims the track will be done in the spring, leaving plenty of time to spare. I'm not sure how that works logistically giving teams, nhra and espn crew enough time to plan ahead.

Exactly! No second Gville race. I talked to one of my friends in Charlotte on Wednesday and he said the track will easily be completed by Spring. Like Chris Cook said in another thread, the dragstrip at LVMS was completed in 120 days.
