Karl; I gotta disagree with ya about Paul & Mike. Maybe it WAS the stress of John's accident but...

I thought Paul sucked!!! Especially when he said that GA had locked up #1 in the chase, corrected him self (quickly I might add), and said that he locked up a spot, as DC had already locked up #1!!! Which is it you lock up?!?!?!

And Mike I have to question his calling out bad lights. He jumped AS's 87 in rd 2 but totally ignored CE's 105 in the semis!!! Especially after they had just mentioned that Peggy (GREAT JOB) & Chip both have S&S power!!!
He's always been on the money about being fair and calling it like it is but this one makes me wonder!!!

And while I'm ranting; simply amazing that TPed beat brother/TEAMATE CPed!!! Was I the only one who could see that a mile away?!?!?!

I was totally surprised that we did get all of the racing in one TV shot today. At 7, I figured they'd say that we'll show you the finals @ 3:00 am, one week from next Tuesday morning!!!

I thought the extended ESPN2 coverage was a nice surprise.

I agree with Karl. I really appreciate the extra time. And, overall, I think the show was pretty good.

I too agree that the show was much better. They showed a lot restraint in reporting of John's accident. Nothing is perfect and ESPN showes how good a job what it can do when it want's too and that is probably a big part of the frustration....

But for now thank you for the extra time.
