Do you think GA will still call Dave "LUCKY"

I really hope Dave can have races like this in Vegas and Pomona. That is when they really need to be "lucky".

Yeah! and sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.
But lately it seems "Lucky Dave" has been both.

Re: Connolly Goe$ To Vega$$$$$ Part III
They say that one usually makes his own luck...
D.C. is one heck of a talented driver. He did good things with Mike Dzurilla's Bullet Motorsports team when that program wasn't all that great.
Now, team a more-experienced Connolly with the Victor Cagnazzi group, and this was bound to happen sooner or later.
Cagnazzi took a page from the GA book (realizing that there is some serious validity to NASCAR technology in Pro Stock) and he ran with it. Having EVERYTHING in-house, plus getting Stevie Johns with his "Grumpy" experience, makes for good control over all aspects of the operation.
If he ends up winning the Championship, it will be because of this, not just dumb luck. GA went into "test mode" and hasn't recovered back to "race mode" yet. It may bite him....

its more like Cagnazzi took an engine builder from the GA book and ran with him. Now i dont know who's the genius behind that "cagnazzi power" but right about the time they hired Andersons engine builder is when "cagnazzi power" came into prominence. coincidence ??

hey, this is just like the BCS. greg anderson signed up to play the countdown before the season started. he knew what he was getting into. if he didn't want to be a part of this system, he could have gone race IHRA or something.
it's the same argument in the BCS. "our team got screwed by the polls....we're unbeaten.." well, you signed up to be a part of the BCS system before the season started so take the good with the bad

Connolly didn't gave anything to do with GA leaking fluid on the Starting Line.

You're joking, right Robert. I'm sure I saw Dave under Greg's car. I think a lot of people saw that.
