Could one side of the ladder be any tougher?

The top four cars in Top Fuel all on the same side of the ladder; my boy Hot Rod takes out Tony Shoe only to have to go up against Dixon; if he can take out Dixon then odds are he'll be going up against the Bud team (not that Clay couldn't have a good day and whoop some butt either). Forget about the final round; this side of the ladder is brutal!

Great job Hot Rod and team in 1st round. Tough since I like LD and Hot Rod. Go Dixon! I hope LD can go some rounds on this side and Vandergriff can go some rounds on the other side.
What about FC? Only 2 of the 8 make it to the second round. If J. Force can win, he will be in the top 4.
