ROWE LOOKS TO GET BACK IN THE MIX

While the last few races have resulted in less than desired fashion for Danny Rowe and the Unfinished Business Team, there’s still a little time to make big things happen.

“We’re just looking to get back in this battle,” explained Rowe, who receives additional support from Redline Oil. “It’s a tough program in IHRA Pro Modified, but there is still time for us to end up where we need to. I’ve no doubt we are a championship-caliber team; we just have to prove it to the rest of the world. It starts at Milan Dragway.”

In the quest for the 2007 IHRA Pro Modified championship, which awards one tried and true racer with 50,000 dollars, it’s a fight to the finish. The season-ending shootout in Rockingham is only a few races away and every round counts as Danny Rowe looks to move up from the 7th position in IHRA points.

“We’re running well in qualifying and have always been a consistently fast team, but we’re struggling to put it all together on race day. This weekend we’re going to will a win into existence. It’s time to make something happen. There is no excuse, we just have to execute out in Milan. It’s important we come out of qualifying strong, get in the top half of the ladder and try and go deep in the rounds and gain points. It’s easy to talk about winning the whole shooting match, but the fact of the matter is that we have to treat every round of racing like it’s our last.”
