Reichert to debut new sponsor Rislone Engine Treatment in Indy

CLERMONT, Ind. - Current NHRA Top Alcohol Dragster points leader Bill Reichert will debut Bar's Products Rislone Engine Treatment as his new major sponsor during this weekend's Mac Tools U.S. Nationals at the famed O'Reilly Raceway Park at Indianapolis. Other sponsors joining Rislone on Reichert's battle for the Championship will be Bar's Leaks, Lane Automotive and NGK Spark Plugs.

Rislone is no stranger to NHRA Drag Racing, sponsoring numerous vehicles over the years, including the famous 'Chi Town Hustler' Funny Car. Reichert, from Owosso, Mich., hopes to continue the winning tradition with his 3500 hp Injected Nitro Dragster this weekend in Indy.

"We really want to do a good job for our new sponsor Rislone," said Reichert. "We're going to debut the deal at Indy, the biggest race on the tour, so hopefully it will be lucky for us. What's neat about the deal is Rislone is a drag racing sponsor from way back and Bar's Products is bringing it back into the sport."

Rislone was acquired by Reichert's longtime sponsor Bar's Products in May. Bar's Products president Bob Mermuys is excited about bringing Rislone back into drag racing.
