Horsepower & Heels WebTV Show Debut Horsepower & Heels WebTV Show Debut Finally, the debut of the Horsepower & Heels WebTV show! Produced by citizen news station, PNN.com, the series follows Horsepower & Heels driver, Erica Ortiz and her crewmate Debbie Denny as they put together a Pro Modified drag car. Each mini-episode dives into a little more about the team and what it takes to propel a car from 0-200+mph in 6 seconds. New episodes in the series will air semi-weekly on Mondays.
