For those of you that didn't know.....i have left the coldness of the Windy City behind and moved down to the happiest place on Earth to do an internship to complete my degree from Western Illinois....DISNEY WORLD!! It's taking me awhile but i think i can get used to this 81 and sunny in the middle of January......ok i am used to it now lol. I left Tuesday morning and drove straight through in about 18 hours. Imoved into my apartment on Wednesday and met all 3 of my new roommates.....good guys all...

Well it's Tuesday now and i think i am finally rested up from my weekend excursion to Jackson, South Carolina and Nostalgia Nationals at Carolina Dragway. What a great event it was. There were for funny cars that made the trek. I was there with Troy Martin and the Chi-Town Hustler, Kyle Wurtzel had his Nitro Pony out, Justin Grant and the Stardust crew with Joe 'Mini Me' Haas at the wheel, and Dusty (his last name isnt coming to me ) with his Taz mustang, along with some help from Virgil Hartman...

i thought i would give this whole 'what i did last weekend' thing a try. (Hopefully Rapid doesnt have it copyrighted )

Well this past weekend i traveled with Troy Martin and his '72 Chi-Town Hustler recreation to Martin, Michigan and the Funny Car Nationals. Justin Grant had his Stardust recreation there along with Rob Bruce, Kyle Wurtzel, Greg Jacobsmeyer and Shawn & Mike Bowen.

On the first pass the blower pulley came apart, which we attribute to the blower...
