I'd like to start this Rant with a dumb question. Is Daylight savings day an Official Holiday or an EVENT? Is it world wide, or just an American "EVENT"? Either way, most of my friends don't really look forward to the "SPRING FORWARD" event! Who really likes to loose an hour's worth of sleep...ESPECIALLY ON A WEEKEND?
